Kmetrics was established in 2006 by Peter Congdon as a consultancy business specializing in measurement, analysis and reporting. Peter has been working in research and data analysis fields for 27 years. He has held research and management positions at The University of Melbourne, Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Australian Council for Educational Research, and the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority.
